Terms of Use Agreement
1: General provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relationship between Meeples.store (hereinafter referred to as Meeples.store or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other. The Meeples.store website is not a media outlet. By using meeples.store, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use the Meeples.store website!
2. Rights and obligations of the parties
The user has the right to: - search for information on the website - check out the website - Copying information to other sites is allowed only with the permission of the Administration. - use the information on the website for personal, non-commercial purposes The administration shall have the right to: - in its discretion and necessity to create, amend, repeal regulations - restrict access to any information on the website - create, modify, delete information on the website at its discretion and as necessary - delete user accounts without explanation - refuse to register users without giving a reason The user undertakes to: - update the Personal Data provided during registration in case of their change - when copying information from other sources, include information about the author in the content of the information - Not to disseminate information aimed at war propaganda, incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and hostility, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is envisaged - do not disrupt the site - not to create several accounts on the Site if they actually belong to the same person - not to commit actions aimed at misleading other Users - Do not share your account and/or your account login and password with third parties. - not to post materials of advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive nature, as well as other information, the posting of which is prohibited or contrary to the norms of current legislation - not to use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services The administration is committed to: - keep the site up and running - to protect the User's account in a variety of ways - Protect information that is restricted or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting the offending user's account. - provide all available information about the User to authorized state authorities in cases established by law
Responsibility of parties
- the administration assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources - the administration is not responsible for any discrepancy between the services expected by the User and actually received by the User - the administration does not assume any responsibility for services provided by third parties - in case of force majeure (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.) Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource
Terms and Conditions of the Agreement
This Agreement is effective with any use of this site. This Agreement shall cease to be effective when a new version of this Agreement becomes available. The administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this agreement at its discretion. The Administration does not notify users about changes in the Agreement.
