Delivery

During the checkout process, you can choose the following shipping methods:

1. Delivery within Slovakia - carried out within 2-3 working days, not counting the day the order is confirmed by the manager. Delivery costs depend on the weight, volume and fragility of the goods. The weight limit is 15 kg. If it is exceeded, the store manager will contact you to clarify the final delivery conditions.

2. Delivery abroad - European countries - average delivery time is 5-10 working days, not counting the day the order is confirmed by the manager. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery abroad - other countries - is carried out by mail. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

If you are interested in another delivery method, our manager will solve this issue with you individually.

* The exact timeframe depends on the delivery service provider, in particular on seasonal workload, especially around the pre-holiday period.
